The lather is surprisingly rich for a sulfate-free formula, and it rinses out clean without that squeaky-tight feeling. My scalp doesn't itch by day two anymore, which is a first for me, and my hair actually catches the light instead of looking dull.
My hair feels so much softer after just two washes, and the lack of sulfates means it doesn't get that brittle, dry feeling afterward. The shine it leaves is really noticeable, too.
